The main reason I have looked at this scheme more closely, is the fact that it is available through ClickSure, the money-back guarantee of which is anything but trustworthy as it is ambiguously conditional.

In addition, Scamadviser.com does not really have anything good to say, especially that the owner of this website is hiding their identity. Furthermore, while the site may be from Germany, the company/seller is according to the T&C/Disclaimer located in Hongkong and the subsequently the State and Federal laws of Hongkong apply. Actually, there are no 'State and Federal' laws in Hongkong. Hongkong is a 'Special Adminstrative Region' of the People's Republic of China and the legal framwork of Hongkong is based on the English common law, supplemented by local legislation. In addition, the T&C state that they are ' Pursuant to U.S. State & Federal Laws'. Obviously, the lawyer who drafted the T&C doesn't have a clue, which I would think is quite frightening, as any buyer wouldn't really understand or know their rights, also when it comes to ClickSure, which is governed by the State & Federal laws of the USA.

The video is the usual rubbish, with totally unsubstantiated testimonials not to mention the claims made in the usual Scam fashion. Read the disclaimer and anyone can see that quite obviously the scheme will not deliver what it claims! That alone should already stop anyone in their tracks and not pursue this any further, let alone buy into it! And I say it again: Beware of ClickSure!

I honestly don't care if and how many times Anthony Morrison has been on CNN, or how many self-proclaimed million copies best-sellers he's written, in my book he is another great Scam artist and this seemingly new scheme reflects not only that, but also that he is actually not a very good marketer at all! He is just about on the same level of Gary Ambrose who has been literally bombarding me with emails about this scheme (more than 15 in the least 2 days alone!).

The reason for my claim is that Anthony actually states that " The typical person who purchases these materials makes little to no money." If that is the case and I would consider myself to be a 'typical' person, then why would I want to buy into this scheme, apart from the fact that if you click often enough, the price goes down and down until it is seemingly free, which it isn't!

When you see his website, you are led to believe that you get a 'free video presentation' when actually it is nothing more than a typical sales pitch (and in my opinion a not very good one!). Why would anyone pay for a sales pitch? Another reason that shows that Anthony is not very good at marketing!

The money-back guarantee, although supposedly valid for 1 whole year, is completely unsubstantiated and thus without any credibility! In addition and on the same basis as that of ClickSure, it is conditional and I quote:

"we will issue you a complete refund provided you have:

Contacted our dedicated customer support team asking for assistance if required

Submitted your request for a refund within 365 days of making your purchase

Provided a valid reason for requesting a return within 365 days of purchase

Provided a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized

For any other reason our Support deems appropriate"

The last is actually the all-in catch and can (most likely will) ensure together with "You recognize any business endeavour has inherent risk for loss of capital" that you don't get your money back!

I think all the people who have written articles about Anthony or appeared on their TV shows, be it CNN or or otherwise, obviously have not done their homework to really check this guy out.

Best to stay away from this!

When I see the names like Andrew X and Winter Valko and the lead is sent to me by none other than Gary Ambrose, I start to get weary, to say the least! Three notorious con-artists in their own right at work! Knowing that Gary likes to promote dubious schemes (aka Scam!) through ClickSure then I am virtually forced to send out a warning!

These so-called gurus start off with making a fundamental mistake in marketing, which is to read a presentation to a potential buyer! With that the message is sent that the buyer is either illiterate or hearing impaired and consequently offensive. The other mistake is that you never use a Tom, Dick or Harry off the street as a promoter or for testimonials. I know, they try to make a point that it can be done by anyone, but then why would you write in the disclaimer that "Each individual's success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation ...." ?

The next mistake is even more blatant. Gary sends me an email stating with the caption "Free Commissions..." and then claims "Let me be honest with you... You're not going to get rich earning free commissions... but, you can earn a couple of three and four figure checks." For starters, the last thing I would expect Gary to be is honest.

Then you start to look at the video presentation and right off the bat you're told that you'll be given access to millions of dollars in commissions for free. I won't go through my usual routine of picking apart the (total rubbish/same old story) claims made in the video presentation one by one. Instead I will just focus on the important point made in the Disclaimer which are clearly contradictory to the claims made!

1. "Every effort has been made to accurately represent the product(s) sold through this website and their potential. Any claims made or examples given are believed to be accurate, however, should not be relied on in any way in making a decision whether or not to purchase."

2. "There is no guarantee you will duplicate the results stated here."

3. "You recognize any business endeavour has inherent risk for loss of capital."

4. "This is a new system and there are no typical results."

5. "This product does not guarantee income or success."

6. "You may also experience unknown or unforeseeable risks which can reduce results..."

7. "No express or implied guarantees of success are made by our company."

Surely anyone would agree, after having looked at the presentation! Also have a look at the Affiliates page and you will recognize right away, what a buyer can expect. A rip-off!

Also I would urge anyone to have a look at Scamadviser.com and what they have to say about this website. Now you know that this scheme is very new (and not expected to last long) and more importantly, the owner is hiding their identity!

Lastly I always have to point out that the money-back guarantee is not as claimed to be 100% safe for you, but rather for the blokes mentioned above! It is actually very much conditional and very ambiguously so! I suppose that is why any buyer will have to acknowledge that there will be the loss of capital!

No, this time it's not Gary Ambrose sending me this lead, but another Scam-Peddler named Mack Michaels. Let me just point out what got me started writing about this, after having seen the usual rubbish video:

1. This scheme is available through ClickSure with it's very ambiguously conditional money-back guarantee.

2. The usual nonsense about every effort having been made to accurately represent the product.

3. Surely the actors used, or rather the actress is really bad!

4. The claims made by the actress are certainly not accurately representing the product and are in fact
contradictory to the Disclaimer!

5. If you are being informed that there is the danger of loosing your capital, how far away would you stay
away and what does that say about the money-back guarantee?

6. The statement that this is a new system and there are no typical results.

There is more but it would really take too long and ultimately bore anyone to death. But the killer for me is that according to Scamadviser.com this website has been around for a while and more important that the expected lifetime is only 1 year and that the owner is hiding their identity!

Best stay from this obvious Scam!

Stay Safe!

I have received quite a few complaints about people not getting their money back from purchases made through ClickSure which is not really surprising, given the ambiguously conditional money-back guarantee which ClickSure claims that "the ClickSure Consumer Promise and offer you a fair 60 Days Money Back Guarantee. This is one of the most comprehensive refund guarantees available for online purchases." One thing is for sure: ClickSure's money-back guarantee is certainly comprehensive when it comes to the conditions precedent!

This fact, together with Gary Ambrose sending me this lead and living up to his reputation as a Scam-Peddler made me have a closer look, especially at the misleading video presentation which for sure contradicts the claim that "Every effort has been made to accurately represent the product(s) sold through this website and their potential."

When watching the video presentation one will very quickly notice that nothing stated there is actually credibly verified. Furthermore and most importantly there is no credible proof of correlation shown between the FB clicks and the revenues shown in an unverified ClickBank account!

Then, just for fun, click on 'Affiliates' and more of the insane claims! But much more importantly there are a good number of names I and surely many others will recognize as some notorious Scammers and Scam-Peddlers, irrespective of whether these claims are really true or not! I take for granted they're not.

Finally, have a look at what Scamadviser.com has to say. Just because it is perceived to be popular by Alexa doesn't mean it is any good, especially when the owner of the website is hiding his/her identity!

On the basis which it is being presented, this certainly is in my opinion just another Scam!

Stay Safe!

First off I need to clarify that I normally do not write many reviews about schemes available through ClickBank because, a) they normally try to scan and refuse any potential Scams and b) they have a credible money-back guarantee. But here comes the exception, maybe because this scheme, by Justin Blake seems to have fallen through ClickBank's screenings cracks.

Justin has been sending me leads for quite a while now, mostly actually from other creators and some of his own. Ironically, he has described me as one of his most loyal subscribers out of his 3.5 million (which is hardly believable!). The reason I say ironically, is that actually he is one of my most loyal subscribers, albeit maybe unwittingly. If you scour the Internet, you will find that his reputation is rather bad and most of his schemes have actually received devastating user reviews! In spite of that, the leads he sends me are headed "Justin Blake's Trusted Online News". I am not sure who would actually trust him, but let's just leave him with his belief.

The name of the scheme already suggests that there is something amiss! Even just writing a Blog is in the end selling something: Information. Thankfully you don't have to go through a lengthy video/presentation, but the claims made on this site are staggering! Here goes....

"You snap your fingers and a flood of cash hits your bank account."

"I’ve created a cash generation system that’s designed to send floods of cash straight into your bank account, quickly and easily, without selling anything."

"You don’t even need to maintain the system. Seriously, once it’s set up, it’ll make you money without requiring your attention."

"I don’t care about your background, and I don’t care about your experience."

"So that’s why I’m giving you my personal guarantee that you will make money with this system, even if you’ve never made one red cent online before and have zero technical skills."

"I’m truly 100% confident that when you do the things I show you, you simply cannot fail."

These are just a few of the claims Justin is making, apart from many others without actually really telling you what this is all about. In the end he claims it's an autopilot system. But there is the ClickBank guarantee and it costs only $ 27 (actually only $ 17 if you try to leave the page)!

Now here comes the Disclaimer:

"THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL EARN ANY MONEY USING THE TECHNIQUES AND IDEAS IN THESE MATERIALS."

"YOUR LEVEL OF SUCCESS IN ATTAINING THE RESULTS CLAIMED IN OUR MATERIALS DEPENDS ON THE TIME YOU DEVOTE TO THE PROGRAM, IDEAS AND TECHNIQUES MENTIONED, YOUR FINANCES, KNOWLEDGE AND VARIOUS SKILLS."

"MANY FACTORS WILL BE IMPORTANT IN DETERMINING YOUR ACTUAL RESULTS AND NO GUARANTEES ARE MADE THAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE RESULTS SIMILAR TO OURS OR ANYBODY ELSES, IN FACT NO GUARANTEES ARE MADE THAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE ANY RESULTS FROM OUR IDEAS AND TECHNIQUES IN OUR MATERIAL."

Now try to correlate these with just the few claims I have quoted above.

Like all his other schemes, I foresee that this one will also go in the same direction. It's a SCAM! Even if you are comforted by the ClickBank money-back guarantee. Therefore it might be better not to waste your time!

This review is, once again, judging a book by it's cover. However, from my experience there are definitely signs of deliberate deception, also based on the Terms & Conditions as well as the Disclaimer.

This scheme is 'signed' by someone called Justin James (who tells you right of the bat that "he is sick and tired of all the Lies and BS") and once the usual nonsensical video is over, you see in small print, that this scheme is limited to residents of the US, Canada, UK and Australia. I am not the sharpest knife in drawer, but why would that be? Especially since whoever signs up can insert their country as the legal jurisdiction of the the T & C. Seems strange to me, but maybe that is just why the limitations are there. But it gets more interesting when you look at what Scamadviser.com has to say. The owner of the website is hiding their identity? The website's expected lifetime is only 1 year? The latter seems to confirm what Justin is stating to the effect that he "may not keep this website up much longer". And I always ask myself why people would need to hide their identity? My conclusion would be that they have an ulterior motive and it isn't a good one!

Since we don't know if Justin James is real or not, at least as depicted on the website, he is nice enough to let you know that "Every friend and family member that I shared Commission Fast Start with is now making money" and "Some are making more than others but they are all making extra money even while they are at their day jobs". Great! But how does that correlate with  "This is a new system, so there are no typical results. The company does not guarantee income or success, and examples of the product owner's and other person's results do not represent an indication of future success or earnings". To me that would indicate that your commissions just may not be off to a fast start as you might be led to believe!

Lastly and most importantly, it certainly does seem not to be FREE after all (except for the sign-up of course) because Step 2 states that Justin "will take you to the order confirmation page." Sure, how else would he make any money from the start.

I may be off base here, but the misleading and deceptive approach taken by 'Justin' or whoever he/she may be behind this scheme does give me the impression that it is not what it is hyped to be. And who in their right mind would want to sign up or for that matter buy anything from a person who is obviously quite inept at presentation & marketing and on top not willing to truly identify themselves! And Justin doesn't seem to be too concerned about his Lies and BS!

This, to me, is a prime example of being able to become suspicious about a scheme, without even looking for any reviews!

People reading my Blogs may get, or already have gotten the impression that I only pick on Gary Ambrose and his Scam-Peddling and nobody else. I can assure you, that more than 90% of the leads I get and write about are from Gary! The remainder I get are mostly available through ClickBank so the consumer there is rather well protected. In one of his (so far 5) emails to me, Gary wrote:

"It's a point and click, scientific money method
that works even for people with zero experience
what-so-ever..."

As you will see, or find out, there is nothing scientific to this scheme!

Lee Walker who appears as the owner or creator of this scheme does point out that:

"We have no way of knowing how well you will do, as we do not know you, your background, your work ethic, or your business skills or practises or risk tolerance. In fact, you may lose money. Therefore we do not guarantee or imply that you will get rich, that you will do as well, or make any money at all. There is NO assurance you will do as well. If you rely upon our figures, you must accept the risk of not doing as well."

Please note the part about losing money! How does that correlate with the statement in the video that Lee Walker's 'system' on average "generates at least $ 700 a day without putting any hard work or investing more than 10 minutes a day". That can lead to the impression that you actually can make that kind of money with working or investing (time or otherwise) when the disclaimer quoted above says exactly the opposite! If that is not outright misleading and maliciously deceptive, I don't know what is!

There are already a plethora of reviews around, some of them actually not from any affiliates, but really good and nice people, who seem to know what they're talking about. So I will just add my 2 cents worth here and there.

Have a look at http://kingsofleonsis.com/secret-method-reviewed-lee-walker.html who exposes Lee Walker quite nicely and lets you know that actually Lee does get paid and the buyer still has to put up his/her money to make money. To underscore this, just click on 'Affiliates' of Lee's website and there you will see that as an affiliate you can earn $ 250.- CPA (Click per Action). Now where do you think that money is coming from? But you should also have a look at what Scamadviser.com has to say about this website. While the overall rating is not too bad, it does point out two quite important issues:

1. "The owner of the website is using a service to hide their identity" and

2. "The website expected life (365 days) is relatively short"

Let's let this sink in. As to point 1. is Lee Walker an actual person, or the real name of the person behind this scheme? If the scheme is so great, then why hide your identity? I didn't see Steve Jobs or Bill Gates hiding their identity when they started out. Then who is the person behind this scheme? Does he/she have the actual background to even talk about binary options? Is Lee one of the 'real Trading Millionaires'? I have my doubts, because he is hiding his identity and with that his qualification! Furthermore, if you go to the website which he is actually promoting (NRGbinary.com) you will not find any reference to anybody by name or otherwise!

And as to point 2. while this is surely just a guess on the part of Scamadviser.com they do have experience and it might just indicate that this a fly-by-night kind of operation.

But more importantly is the fact, that unless you are a professional and have the relevant background and experience, you should not engage in any sort of trading of any financial products. I would go out on a limb here, but I doubt that there are a large number of people in the public at large that actually know what binary trading is. For those that may be interested, have a look at Wikipedia. And look very closely at what it says about most of the Platforms like the one Lee is promoting (NRGbinary.com):

"On May 3, 2012, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced a policy change regarding the classification of binary options as financial instruments. The effect is that binary options platforms operating in Cyprus (where many of the platforms are based) will have to be CySEC regulated within six months of the date of the announcement."

That means as of today, NRGbinary.com is not (yet) regulated as it is in fact registered in Cyprus! I think now we understand why Scamadviser.com doesn't think this website/scheme will be around much longer.

So let's get back to the part of the disclaimer I have quoted above for some more misleading/deceptive points:

- "I am going to give you a highly profitable System"

- "I created a one-of-a-kind system that turns $ 300 into a whopping $ 5,694.80 in just 4 days"

Catch my drift?

As a banker by background for more than 40 years, let me assure you that there is no one in the world that has a 'System' to trade anything, let alone any financial products! If there was, the general public would stand a snowballs chance in hell to get their hands on it!

Unless you want to really gamble, then go for it. But let me point out that you don't need to use Lee Walker's (or whoever he is) NRGbinary.com! Go to Vegas or Atlantic City, or wherever. Your chances of striking it big time are the same, or maybe even better!

Virtually every lead I get from Gary Ambrose nowadays is a scheme available through ClickSure, the money-back guarantee of which is not only conditional, but very ambiguously so! Gary also makes it a point to send his pitches to me (and I suppose to everyone else) multiple times, to say the least. In my view that just goes to show you that while peddling Scam is his specialty, his marketing skills as such are obviously not.

Here we have another video starting out with fancy cars, helicopters and private jets and right away you realize that you are confronted with another of famous Anthony Morrison's Scams. Why do I claim that? Just google reviews of this scheme and those that are not from peddlers/promoters are without exception absolutely dismal! Complaints left, right and center! People even threaten to not only sue, but to get lawenforcement involved.

Again, to all those who fell for this rubbish, I can only say that if you don't check it out (and this has been around for a while) and at least read the Disclaimer, which states very clearly "There is no guarantee you will duplicate the results stated here. You recognize any business endeavour has inherent risk for loss of capital." Just ask yourself when watching the video and hearing the claims made by in this case obvious (bad) actors how on earth it could be possible to loose your investment?

I will say it again: If you see or hear anything from or about Anthony Morrison and/or like in my case Gary Ambrose, coupled with the availability through ClickSure, stay far away!!!

Let me just state that I do not want to give the impression that ClickSure is bad as such, however, their money-back guarantee is, as mentioned before, very ambiguously conditional. That is why many of the Scam artists and promoters/peddlers like it, because the refund rate is apparently lower, which means more ill gotten money in their pockets!

When Gary Ambrose (as I always say, the biggest Scam-peddler I know) literally blasts me time and again with emails about this scheme and I then see the name Jamie Lewis, all sorts of red-lights and flags appear in front of me! Then comes the fact that this, what seems to be, brand new scheme is sold through ClickSure and I can safely assume that anyone buying this nonsense, will most certainly face the risk of 'loss of capital' as written in the disclaimer!

I have seen the Jamies videos and presentation so many times, that I don't even want to go through this nonsense again! Just ask yourself, why would Jamie come up with new schemes time and again? The only plausible answer is that his previous schemes of scamming people don't work anymore! If he were really smart, he should change his identity and then offer something of real value that actually works, qualifies on ClickBank and doesn't make false/misleading promises that requires disclaimers that let you know from the start, that you can actually loose money, that it is a new 'system' and therefore there are no typical results. Who the heck is he kidding? Does that imply he only wants to sell this scheme to atypical people? And if that's the case, what may I ask would in his opinion be atypical?

The reviews that can be found are equally misleading! If there are no typical results, then how could anyone actually promote it with a clear conscience? One actually stated that he skyped with Jamie and he wants to raise the price from $ 47 to $ 997 to make sure that only 'serious' people come and buy it and not anybody from 'those 3rd world countries'. Can you believe it?!?!? Sounds to me that Jamie never has been in a 3rd world country because if he had, he would meet people that are a lot smarter than he is.

But to get away from my emotional approach, let me just ask you this:

If the disclaimer tells you that there are no typical results, this product does not guarantee income or success and that everything hinges on your "background, dedication, desire and motivation as well as other factors not always known and sometimes beyond control" then why on earth would anyone want to actually buy this rubbish?

In addition, the ClickSure money-back guarantee is conditional! And I would certainly opine that these conditions are quite ambiguous!

Best keep far away from this!
