Or, as one of your keywords googlec5f53a11c320e137.html

When someone (in this case a woman named Chelsey) asks you if would like to get your hands on millions of dollars in commissions for free, 100% free, you certainly have to take a closer look and in my case I did because that made me suspicious, especially under the video it mentions a money-back guarantee, so obviously it's not free.

Right off the bat you get the feeling that Chelsey (or Chelsy, or whatever the spelling might be) is an actress. That not being necessarily being bad, you don't get to see the creator or person who is a guy named Andrew X (so we still don't really know who is behind this) who is rather well know for turning out Scam. You can get a short review here among others available.

As there are plenty of reviews available, I won't bother duplicating what is already out there, nor will I go through the highly deceptive and misleading video claim for claim and statement for statement as I usually do.

What I will add however is the issue of money-back guarantee. This scheme is being offered through ClickSure, the money-back guarantee of which is CONDITIONAL! So any claim made of being 100% is false! I am not claiming that ClickSure will not give you a refund, but merely it and the vendor ultimately could. Please read more about ClickSure in my review here.

I would also point out that according to the review I mentioned above, this scheme is not new at all except for the name. So try to reconcile that with the disclaimer "This is a new system and there are not typical results" and "There is no guarantee you will duplicate the results stated here. You recognize any business endeavour has inherent risk for loss of capital".

Therefore the only clear conclusion would be to stay away from this!

Normally I try to focus on reviewing schemes which are not sold through ClickBank, for the simple reason that it's money-back-guarantee protects the consumer/buyer quite well, contrary to ClickSure or many others that I have found.

However, I make an exception in this case for three reasons:

1.) The lead was sent to me by Justin Blake and Gary Ambrose, both brilliant Scam peddlers,

2.) The scheme is about taking surveys, which anyone should actually NOT be paying for,and

3.) This scheme comes with a host of upsells and downsells, which shouldn't be!

Let me be clear. Many, if not all large multi-national companies use professional advertising agencies to handle all their advertising and that includes doing market/consumer research. So, from the outset, any scheme claiming to have multi-million dollar companies as their clients are  falling short to deliver the proof, because it is just not true!

Again, most if not all large companies use advertising agencies and if they want your and my opinion, they are involved in the consumer product markets, the largest of which are the US and Europe (I have done some rather extensive research on this topic). Consequently you have to understand that if your are not residing in those market areas, you won't get any surveys to take! So when this scheme claims that "Thousands of people from all over the world are earning substantial incomes from home just by completing simple online surveys" it is just not true!

There are truly legitimate programs for the common everyone to take surveys and there is nothing to pay, simply because they get a cut of the commission. There is no need for any training, which some schemes purport to be providing in order to justify their costs to you.

Having said all that, let's look at the claims made on the website and the video/presentation more closely.
  • Among the unsubstantiated testimonials, you see false claims like "This opportunity is a hidden goldmine that only few people actually know about..." and merely by mentioning companies like Coca-Cola, Best Buy, Nike, Walmart, Amazon and Ebay you are led to believe that they are actually collaborating with these companies, when actually nothing could be further from the truth!
  • "This incredible opportunity is legitimate, professional, and most of all reliable." While the basic idea certainly is legitimate, this scheme's approach is anything but professional and certainly has not proven it's reliability which is reflected  in the fact that there is no actual proof of any collaboration with any company!
  • "... so instead of setting up an office or paying employees to bug you on the phone, they leave it up to the Online Research Panels." That is certainly true, however, as I mentioned before these Research Panels are in one way or another part of an advertising agencies efforts and not the company directly.
  • Absolutely no proof is provided when it is claimed that "eCashOpinions has that inside connection to get you enrolled with ALL of these companies!"
  • "The more surveys you take, the more money you will make". That is very misleading, because any half decent research would need to be targeted to the specific consumer and only those that have been researched and "qualify" are those that will be invited to take surveys.
  • The video/presentation again claims that this "opportunity is available to anybody in the world" which is simply not true as I mentioned before.
This schemes does not mention anywhere what it is exactly they want you to pay for, other than letting you know you become a member. But what precisely will eCashOpinions deliver to the buyer in return is not mentioned, nor anything about the various up- and downsells!

If you want to be a part in taking surveys and you are residing in the markets mentioned before, then I would recommend Paidviewpoint.com  which actually does not cost anything the way it should be.

Again, this scheme seems to be brand new and what drew my attention, apart from being bombarded with this lead, was that it is available through ClickSure, with a conditional money-back guarantee thus contradicting claims right from the start of being Risk-Free and 100%!

Furthermore, Scamadviser.com urges caution for various reasons, the important one for me is that the real location of the website is hidden and it's owner is hiding his/their identity. This may not be necessarily bad, but it does raise my suspicions.

The scheme is supposedly by someone name Mark Wilson and given the information above you don't really know who you're dealing with, apart from the fact that if you Google the name I came up with one who certainly doesn't look the same as the guy in the video plus a lot of others, but not the guy in the video. So his claim as being a successful speaker and Internet Entrepreneur is therefore questionable. For me this is not a good beginning!

From the start, you see his statement "Make money or it is Free" which, as I said before, is basically unsubstantiated. In today's world we cannot really seriously rely on anyone we don't really know and that includes his/their guarantee, not to mention that of ClickSure, given it is conditional!

Mark claims that this an exclusive, by invitation only video and not available anywhere else. In fact, not only are the leads all over the place by a good number of marketers, but the scheme and video is all over the Internet. He then states that he will show you "something" that is 100% free, when if fact it costs $ 46.- unless you click long enough to stay on the page and look at some more arduous videos of Mark until it is free. However, be very careful! There are upsells! These are obviously not mentioned up front.

Then he let's you know that he will show you how three ordinary people took their first steps to financial success. As if we haven't seen this spiel before! When are they going to come up with something new or for God's sake just confirm that no actors were used, instead of the other way around to give this at least some credibility! And what about the three ordinary people without any technical experience, who are going to make several hundreds of dollars a day after Mark shows them his "program"? Are they the same that the disclaimer describes as typical? Those typical buyers who "do not make any money using this system? Or, if you have really dragged three ordinary people off the street, how could it possibly be that "there are no typical results" from this "new system"?

I did not purchase and consequently have not tested this system and I don't intend to because if anyone is honest enough to warn me that "You recognize any business endeavour has inherent risk for loss of capital" I must take for granted that all the guarantees given are worthless, as is most likely in my view this scheme, also based on the misleading/deceptive way it is presented!

But if you are the adventurous type, then go for it! I would certainly not recommend to do so.

This scheme seems to have been around for a while and very recently a new (upgraded?) one has been released by Steven Clayton and Tim Godfrey, who do seem to enjoy a rather good reputation from all their previous programs. What got me to take a closer look is the fact that it is available through ClickSure, the money-back guarantee of which is conditional. Therefore and technically speaking, the stated Risk-Free, 100% 60-day money-back guarantee is anything but that.

So right off the bat we are dealing with some misleading statements and there is more to come in the video presentation.

The person in the video introduces himself as Trey Stevens who claims that he has been challenged by his friend to get three people to use "his" automated system to make them "a ton of Money" or he will loose his car. I thought the system is by Steven and Tim? So who is Trey Stevens to claim that it's his? Maybe its an actor, as according to the disclaimer actors are used? Continuously throughout the video he claims that he developed this system.

Also in the disclaimer it is stated that this is not purported to be a Get-Rich-Quick Scheme. Let's correlate that with income statements (unsubstantiated) shown of more than 100k in one week, the claim that the software Trey uses banks $ 3,432.16 a day (which would be in excess of $ 1,2 million per year) and Trey's challenge to make 3 random individuals a "ton of money". In my book that certainly is being presented as a Get-Rich-Quick scheme!

Then Trey goes through the motion of setting three 'randomly chosen' (by his friend) individuals and you basically see the same spiel as you an see in videos of a lot of other schemes. The result, as always, is that they're surprised, overwhelmed and overjoyed to such an extent, that I have to ask myself to what degree is this actually staged. Maybe it is, or maybe it isn't, but I can't get the impression out of my head that it is.

Trey claims to be nervous because he is working with people who do not have any background at all in doing something like this. This implies to me that anyone can do it, or rather the system does it for you. Onbviously, after 72 hrs. all three have made money to various degrees through ClickBank. Great, especially since it is known how crowded the ClickBank market is! Trey claims the success of these three people is based on the software. He does point out that not everyone will be as successful. I wonder why? According to the video, all he did is install 'his' software and set up the ClickBank account. So we have to understand that there is obviously something else needed that we're not aware of!

But he goes on to let you know what 'his' software does, which includes getting loads of traffic. So far we still don't know details, but let's assume it's a website you need to set up. So there is additional costs right there which isn't really mentioned. Also, getting loads of traffic does not mean conversions, no matter how great the products are (and which are preloaded by Trey in 'his' software).

I am not saying that this scheme is a Scam and it may just work. However, it does make me wary that the misleading advertisement and video needs to be used and a lot of the claims made are contradicted in the disclaimer(s).

For my taste the video is by far too long and shows you the exact same script that so many others have used. Nothing new here!

Since we are all the careful kind of people who read the fine print before buying (into) anything, let's recoup the for me relevant points:

1.) "Any testimonials and examples used are exceptional results, don't apply to the average purchaser and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results."

2.) "There is no guarantee you will duplicate the results stated here."

3.) "You recognize any business endeavour has inherent risk for loss of capital."

4.) "This is a new system and there are no typical results.

5.) "Earning potential is entirely dependant on the person using our product, ideas, techniques and the effort put forth."

6.) Your level of success in attaining the results claimed in our materials depends on the time you devote to the program, ideas and techniques mentioned, knowledge and various skills." and finally,

7.) "Returns and refunds policy: as stated, if you purchase Your First Commissions, and you do not enjoy the financial freedom that you expected, do not make as much from our methods as you expected, or indeed for any reason, you may claim a refund for the product within 60 days of purchase. On a sidenote we do ask you to put the techniques into use before requesting a refund, for both our benefit: however, our refund policy is unconditional and this is a suggestion, not a requirement. We are aware that some buyers will not achieve their personal goals despite our best efforts to the contrary, and we stand by our refund policy as such... Revisions to this Policy: Our company reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this Policy, our Terms of Service agreement, and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner, by updating this posting."

I always say that if a product is in fact so good, then why the disclaimer in such form? Apart from Point 3.) which let's you know you can stand to loose your money, despite of all the guarantees, the last point in particular is for me somewhat strange. The 'Company' is giving their unconditional money-back guarantee, however, ClickSure's is certainly conditional and the T & C clearly state that when buying, you agree to also the terms and conditions of ClickSure

Sure I haven't tried this out and I don't intend to, given the misleading and contradictory way(s) it is presented.

This scheme by Gary Ambrose has been around since sometime in 2010. On 1/3/13 Gary has sent me three emails (and counting) promoting his scheme even though on June 4th, 2012, again he sent me an email, to let me know that "MemberSpring is now coming offline on Wednesday, and it will happen no matter what. I'm not extending it for any reason... it's now, or never."

Then, on 1.9.13 Gary sends me the following message (trice, so far):

"Hey,

Just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know

that my MemberSpring system is coming down, and won't

be available again after Thursday...

If you've been on the fence, it's decision time...

<Link>

MemberSpring uses the same strategy and the very same technology that I've built my entire business on...

I want you to be able to use it too.

<Link>

It is what has allowed me to "take home" a minimum of

6 figures a year, for 13 years straight... and that's

why I don't "launch" a lot of stuff.

I don't need to.

This little re-open was for you, as one of my longest

time subscribers... no one else even saw it.

<Link>

So you have the rest of tonight, and tomorrow...

If you haven't made your decision by then, it will be

made for you... because, MemberSpring will be off the

market, and you won't be able to get.

I hope you got this in time."

In my view, Gary is a brilliant marketer. He has been consistently sending me leads for my reviews quite a few of which you can find on my website www.scamhunter.weebly.com.

It has to make you think though, why is he so intensely peddling this scheme, when supposedly he has taken it down more than six months ago and is intending (really?) to do so again? And, so it seems, he has even gone so far as to write his own reviews as can be seen here which is exactly the same text which he has sent me in one of his emails today! Some call this tactic daft, some call it brilliant. You can be the judge.

There are many reviews to be found and from what I have seen, they are mixed at best. Surely, any program will always have it's critics for a variety of reasons. So what is Memberspring really all about?

It claims to be a "Complete Turnkey Membership Business in a Box". One of the better reviews I have found is here. In this context, what bothers me with this scheme, is that it is itself a membership program and if you don't succeed with it, you're stuck. Gary has made his money off you and he is happy, of course. But what about you?

I have said it many times, over and over again. If these schemes are truly so great then why would you have to rely on the disclaimers, like ".. statements are a representation of vendor's experiences or are hypothetical" and "Results may not be typical. We are still collecting data to determine what a typical result, if any, might be. As with any business venture, you run the risk of earning nothing at all or even losing money."

Wow, after all the time this scheme has been around, the statements are hypothetical and they are still collecting data to determine what a typical result, if any, might be? After more than 2 years? And then in the income disclaimer it is mentioned that "Any claims made of actual earnings or examples of actual results can be verified upon request. Any such claims must be submitted in writing...". Hold on, data for typical results are still being collected after more than 2 years and now actual results can be verified? I can't see how that reconciles, but maybe Gary just forgot to update his website?

Now comes the refund policy, which is for 30 days, no questions asked. Let's assume that Gary stands by that but what is not refunded are the $ 29.95/pM hosting and software service as well as the $ 97.- pM Memberspring monthly content program, both of which are supposedly optional. According to some of the reviews I have seen, both are indeed optional but they are strongly suggested!

Lastly, the Terms & Conditions mention that the "Use of our web site from locations outside of the United States may be a violation of local law". Here you have to ask yourself, what could possibly be in the web site that may violate laws outside the US? That is not explained and consequently I would have to recommend that especially anyone outside of the US avoid this scheme!

While Memberspring may not be what others would consider to be Scam, given the obvious deceptive and misleading marketing methods applied with this scheme, I would certainly stay away from it!

The first thing that attracted my suspicion is the fact that this scheme is available through ClickSure and since the money-back guarantee of theirs is conditional, TPP's "100% money-back guarantee" and "60 day risk free" is at least technically contradicted. Actually, if you try to leave the page enough times, you can get it for free, but you will still have to pay for domain registration and hosting, which - of course - are not included in the money-back guarantee.

For sure there are no credible (user) reviews to be found, except possibly this one however, while it does explain to you what this program does for you (and the money you paid) it has to be considered that it is a promotional review. The comments that stand out for me are "How much you make via the website that is then made by the software is not something that this review can tell you as it varies depending upon what you are promoting, ..." and "The software also comes with a money back guarantee, so if you are not happy with it, then you will get a complete refund as long as it is within the time limit and there will be no questions asked." As to the former, that is certainly a fact and as to the latter I would disagree, as I have mentioned before. The no questions asked guarantee is certainly contradictory to the ClickSure money-back guarantee conditions!

In my reviews, I also consider the way a program is presented, especially if it is misleading/deceptive in any way.

Before watching the video, you see the heading which says the video "will reveal how to make $ 9,869.87 by Jan 1st 2013". I guess somebody forgot to update that as today is Jan. 2nd. But more importantly, it does not really jive with the disclaimer "There is no guarantee you will duplicate the results stated here".

The video starts off the usual way by showing income statements which are "Verified" although you don't know by whom. Amounts shown, like "$ 91,080 in 30 days" have to be seen in the light of "Any claims made or examples given are believed to be accurate, however, should not be relied on in any way in making a decision whether or not to purchase". If that is the case, then why bother showing them?

Twin Peaks Profits was developed by Tim Atkinson and Zak Meftah and the guy in the video presents himself as Ryan Dennis, working for (as CEO?) Twin Peak Profits in St. Paul, Minnesota which has been since inception been employed and contracted by international brands with annual revenues of $ 500 million to $ 10 billion. Let's consider that none of the these clients are named or identified and in my view, as a banker, the span of revenues mentioned is very suspect. So, let's assume that Ryan is an actor as mentioned in the disclaimer. That doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with that. For me it is important to know who I am actually dealing with and I would much rather see Tim and/or Zak. For whatever it may be worth, you would have to go and look at sites like ripoffreport to get an impression (or not) about Tim and Zak's reputations with their other programs they have brought out. But be sure not take that as a yardstick!

Ryan then goes out in a company limousine and picks up some strangers who need a ride and while they are taken from point a to point b somewhere in New York City, they show them how the program works and they start making money while they get a ride. After 15 minutes the first person has made more than $ 200. Usually registering the domain name and hosting plan takes a bit of time. Now, I can't help but feel that this is staged, but I may be wrong. Also remember the disclaimer says "...examples are believed to be accurate...". It doesn't say that examples are 100% accurate and can be verified upon request!

I am not claiming that this scheme is a Scam and as stated in the review mentioned before, the system supposedly does deliver. If that is the case, then surely you can make money, but I would doubt it would be anything close to what you're being led to believe. While the video is not necessarily (maliciously) deceptive, it is in my opinion certainly misleading.

But then again, you can try it out and if you're not lucky enough to get it for free, you can always try out the money-back guarantee (which I wouldn't bet on) and you only get stuck with the costs of a website. Remember the disclaimer "There is no guarantee you will duplicate the results stated here. You recognize any business endeavour has inherent risk for loss of capital". And don't forget that you would have to agree to the Terms & Conditions not only of TPP, but more importantly of ClickSure! I always have to ask myself that if the system is so great and you're being led to believe that anyone can do it, then where is the risk of loss of capital?
